Orders by Fax The work above will be done in our EDP-System – feedback/reporting by fax or email.

Pick/Pack and Shipping:
Daily standard orders received by 13:00h (friday by 11:00h) will be send on the same day. Urgent shipments, of course, will be done also after this time.
We manage the transports to the customers with several couriers and forwarding agencies. Therefore we can offer an extensive delivery service.
Our shipping partners include:
Trans-o-flex, Parcel Post/DHL, UPS, TNT, Federal Express and several agencies for airfreight etc. Tracking & Tracing (online)

Customer returns handling:
We receive and check returns daily and provide detailed to our customers.

Special campaigns / Manufacturing:
Our Full-Service provides a variety of tasks, from the fine manufacturing of products to the packing of gifts upon the wish of our customers.
